THE RENTING PROCESS

Provide information to the agent by allowing them to better understand your current situation. Where you are currently living? Why you are relocating? How many people will reside a the property? What is your Employment status? Do You Have a Rental history?

Ultimately the agent will need to assess your income and rental history with an aim to conclude if you are a suitable applicant to take care of the property, keep it neat and tidy and importantly pay rent on time.

  • Lodge Application Form with Supporting Documents

 Provide the agent suffiicient details with reference to your application. Bank statements & Photo ID are Mandatory.

  • Patiently Await Agent to Present Your Application to the Landlord
  • Results
  • (Approved) When you receive official confirmation of your successful application the agent will request a 1 weeks holding deposit from you. Once received the agent will cease marketing and acceptance of other applicants. Formal documents for the premise will then be prepared for you.
  • Signing of Lease

Agent will collect bond (4 weeks rent value) and rent (2 weeks rent value) less the holding deposit amount at the time of lease signing. A condition report and keys will be issued appropriately.
